Rising Empire Studios operates the Alpha Clash official store. This Shipping Policy explains how we ship orders placed at this store.

Where we ship

We ship within the United States and to select international destinations. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight/size, and available carriers. We use carrier-calculated rates (not flat rates).

• United States: USPS options as offered at checkout.
• International: USPS and/or DHL Express options as offered at checkout for supported countries.

The exact amount you pay for shipping is the amount shown before you complete payment. We do not invent or publish fixed dollar rates on this page because carrier rates change.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays), then handed to the carrier. Delivery time after that depends on the carrier and destination.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we email it to the address on your order. Track packages with the carrier using that number.

Digital products

Digital downloads (for example PDFs) are delivered by email after purchase and do not ship physically.

Wrong or damaged shipments

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, email support@alphaclashtcg.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. See our Refund Policy for how we resolve those cases.
