These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Alpha Clash official online store operated by Rising Empire Studios (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing or purchasing from this store, you agree to these Terms.

Store and products

We sell Alpha Clash trading card game products, PvE games, comics and novels, accessories, apparel, and related merchandise. Product descriptions, images, and availability are provided for informational purposes and may change. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order for reasons including pricing or inventory errors, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions. Payment is collected at checkout through Shopify’s payment processors.

Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss for physical goods pass to you when we hand the package to the carrier, except where required otherwise by law.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Sealed product that is typically opened is sold with all sales final, subject to the damaged/defective/wrong-item process in that policy.

Intellectual property

Alpha Clash names, logos, card art, comics, and related content are owned by Rising Empire Studios or its licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use of products you purchased.

Accounts and conduct

If you create an account, keep your credentials secure. Do not misuse the store, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other customers’ use of the site.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The store and products are provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rising Empire Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the store or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction apply.
