Rising Empire Studios operates the Alpha Clash official store. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
All sales are final
Because most of what we sell is sealed product that customers open, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, opened sealed product, or buyer’s remorse. All sales are final once the order is placed, except as stated below.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@alphaclashtcg.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item, packaging, and any shipping label or packing slip
If we confirm a shipping error, manufacturing defect, or damage in transit, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price of the affected item (and shipping when we caused the error), at our discretion.
Digital products
Digital downloads are non-returnable once the download link has been delivered, except where required by law or if the file we provided is defective and we cannot replace it.
Cancelled orders
If your order has not yet shipped, email us as soon as possible. We may cancel and refund unshipped orders when we can still stop fulfillment.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
